Shipping policy

Barking Brothers Candle Company ships hand-poured soy candles from Kingwood, West Virginia, to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Our candles are made in small batches, so processing can take a little longer during the fall and holiday season. If your order will be delayed, we will email you.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. Orders over $100, after discounts and before tax, ship free.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in Masontown, West Virginia. Email us at orders@barkingbrothers.com to arrange a pickup time.

Delivery and tracking

Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Shipping address

Please check your address before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it again.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered and you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still has not turned up, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Warm weather

Soy wax softens at lower temperatures than other waxes. In hot weather a candle may soften or show small changes on its surface during shipping. This is natural and does not affect how the candle burns or smells. Bring your package inside soon after it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or you would like to return it, please see our refund policy.
